Entrepreneurs Share Secrets to Scaling
Business owners and community leaders packed the WorkSmart boardroom for "Solo to Scalable: Growing Beyond the Owner-Operator Stage," a panel discussion co-hosted by the New York Starters Coalition and WorkSmart Coworking and Meeting Space.
Four regional entrepreneurs — Joe Grohowski of Praxis Technology, Cara Greenslade of Sidekick Creative, Kim Feeney London of Farmhouse Food, and Jared Humiston of Adirondack Technical Solutions — joined moderator David Dammerman of the Grove Center for Entrepreneurship to share hard-won lessons on building businesses that grow beyond their founders.
The event drew several notable attendees, including Jeff Flagg, Economic Development Director for the City of Glens Falls, and Zack Pacenak, Director at New York Ventures, the state's venture capital arm.
