This event is a practical session for entrepreneurs ready to transition from doing it all themselves to building a resilient, people-centered business that can thrive (and even operate) without them.
Participants will hear from local business owners who’ve made the leap, gain insights on hiring and outsourcing, and leave with actionable tools to take their next step toward sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
